Warm classes (Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9:00 a.m.) are heated to 85 degrees and are perfect for beginners, or those who want to slowly adjust to the heat.

Sun Flow is a well-rounded vinyasa class suitable for all levels of yogis. This class will go through common postures along with modifications and different variations to suit your practice. Sun Flow focuses on alignment and building tapas, inner fire, in your body.
