Born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Holland is happy to return to the South after more than a decade of calling New York City home. She earned her full STOTT PILATES® Certification in 2004 as she simultaneously graduated with a degree in Musical Theatre from Missouri State University. Since then, she has been lead further into the field of wellness and in 2011 received her 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Certification from Yoga to the People NYC.
