Born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Holland is happy to return to the South after more than a decade of calling New York City home. She earned her full STOTT PILATES® Certification in 2004 as she simultaneously graduated with a degree in Musical Theatre from Missouri State University. Since then, she has been lead further into the field of wellness and in 2011 received her 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Certification from Yoga to the People NYC. She has been fortunate enough to practice many styles of yoga with teachers all over the US and draws from her experiences to find what most helps her students deepen their Yoga practice.
In 2013, Holland and her husband Jonathan Steinberg joined forces and began to live a Zero Waste Lifestyle as they traveled. They continue to hold environmentalism at their core as they moved back to The Natural State and have opened the first phase of their holistic wellness center, Eastern Livity.
Holland has completed additional training in Pre/Post–Natal Yoga (Prenatal Yoga Center NYC 2013) and Meditation, Mindfulness & Mentoring (World Yoga Center NYC 2013/14, 2017/18).
Most recently, Holland completed training in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Exercise and is excited to be one of the first to bring these methods to the South!
