About Us
In July 2019 Chrystal & Farrah founded Thrive Yoga, LLC. together, they have over 20 years of yoga exprience. Thrive Yoga offers a 200 hour YTT program certified through Yoga Alliance twice a year & pop-up continuing education events at Nirvana!
What is Yoga Teacher Training?
Our yoga teacher training program is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified course. Our goal is to educate students on the principles and history of yoga, teaching methods & postures, anatomy & physiology, ethics, and the business of yoga from two trainers that have over 3,000 teaching hours. Our trainers guide and support students through the training and beyond.
Our training is open to all levels of yogis, even those who don’t want to teach and wish to deepen their knowledge & yoga practice.

Meet The Owners
Chrystal Taylor
Chrystal is the owner of Nirvana Hot Yoga & Massage & co-owner of Thrive Yoga LLC.
She is a certified Barkan Hot Yoga Instructor, 500 Hour E-RYT, and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Chrystal is also a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Arkansas. Yoga is her passion and she loves sharing it with others.
Farrah King
Farrah is a co-owner of Thrive Yoga LLC.
She has her 500 Hour E-RYT Certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance and Barkan Method. She loves to teach power yoga and help students reach their "inner core". She has been a Certified Group Fitness instructor since 2005 through AFAA and Certified Indoor Cycling instructor through Swynn (2008) and Keiser (2010). She currently resides in Gulf Shores, AL, but travels back to AR for Thrive Yoga Teacher Training and teaches at Nirvana when she comes back to visit.
